I’m a qualitative evangelist, a practicing mixed-methods researcher, and a growing UI/UX specialist who helps clients through actionable, evidence-based recommendations.

I have over 15 years’ experience using audience, market, and user experience research to help health organizations and agencies work smarter, not harder.  My skills include communicating and collaborating with non-technical audiences, research methodology, and maintaining data quality and security.

My subject areas of expertise include health communication and health education, health behavior change, novel health care delivery modes, patient-centered outcomes research, and HIV prevention, treatment, and care.

I am currently enrolled in the Master’s of Human-Centered Computing program at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County to add interface design and implementation expertise to my toolbox!
